Class Details

  • Shoulders- Mondays @ 5pm

    Neck- Tuesdays @ 5pm

    Upper Body- Wednesdays @ 5pm

    Balance- Mondays @ 5:45 pm

    Back- Tuesdays @ 5:45 pm

    Lower Body- Wednesdays @ 5:45 pm

    Whole Body- Gives you access to attend ALL 6 classes

Shoulders

Improve the movement, strength and stability in your shoulder.

Neck

Reduce the pain and tension in your neck and improve your posture. 

Upper Body

A comprehensive class that focuses on increasing the strength and flexibility of your shoulder, elbow, wrist and hands.

Balance

Increase muscle strength, flexibility and balance to reduce risk of falls and injuries.

Back

Focus on improving the mobility in your back and strengthen the muscles that support your spine.

Lower Body

A comprehensive class that works on your hip, knee and core movement, strength and endurance.
